Bubble Baths

I was afraid I would hate this week living in a hotel but I gotta say it is pretty wonderful.

I took a bubble bath tonight, I never ever take bubble baths at home. I always feel like I have a million things to do and no time to waste.

This week I am remembering that along with all of my pursuits I need to really stop and unwind every once in a while, seems so simple right but how often do we really really do it? I have to once in while steer off course open up to something new, challenge myself to learn, grow and let go.

  1. Bubble baths are great but I usually don't have time......maybe we all should make time

  2. I can't remember the last time I had a bubble bath, turned down the lights and turned on some soothing music...too long I guess. I'm happy for you that you took the time to enjoy it since your away and don't have anything nagging at your brain!! Good for you!!...debbie

  4. A week away...at a hotel...alone....no chores...hmmm..I think you are getting what most of us gals dream about! You should make at least one night a week a mandatory bubble bath night!

  5. I agree whole-heartedly! Bubble baths are a woman`s right and we all should linger amid the foam more than we do! =)

  6. My best gal friend and I just did this very same thing...no not together..lol. We took off a few days to Laughlin Nevada (like little Las Vegas) and went on a movie marathon. Neither of us have a bathtub at home (we are both building houses) so we took turns soaking....two a day just because we could!! Forgot how good it felt...nothing like a nice hot bath with maybe a glass of wine...

  11. Going away for training and staying at a nice hotel is like a mini vacation for me. My employer gets to pay and I get to have some time where I don't have to make the bed or clean the bathroom or do the dishes -- and they have room service :o)
