To warm, I just put them in a dish while frozen and put them in the oven as I was cooking something else. I would then add more butter and maybe shredded cheese. We had the last pack a week ago. I just dug 1/3 of my crop last weekend and will do the same with all of these. Last year I think I practiced on a bag first. You may want to try this and freeze a week, then thaw and see how you like them. You probably know that already. I think the best is just to eat them and enjoy--share the surplus with neighbors or older people on fixed incomes.Joyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15471639876072617577noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3984988372879359533.post-27680911758191066702010-06-04T18:04:02.332-04:002010-06-04T18:04:02.332-04:00Those potatoes look delicious! Living in the desert doesn't provide much opportunity for gardening of any sort unless you want to compromise your water supply - it's difficult enough just keeping up with the trees.
